Return Policies

We from Top-replica-wholesales.com honor all orders we ship and we will refund or exchange it if any of the following occurs: 1 - Product Defects 2 - Delivery mistake 3 - Items non-arrivlas The customer MUST contact us thru the “contact us” partition on our web site where your return request needs to be filled up and sent to us within the 7 days after the order's delivery date. The delivery date is based on our carrier''s tracking system database available online. After that the customer should wait for our reply (e-mail) that will have all instructions, address and return authorization number for the item to be sent back to us. The customer will be allowed up to 10 days to mail the item back to us counting from the date we replied with instructions. We recommend all customers to use DHL, UPS or FedEx when sending the items back and insure the package for the total amount of the sale price of the items. If the customer sends the order back to us without priory contacting us and without proper authorization number and correct return address OR if the customer refuses the package when it is delivered we will not be in title to refund or exchange the item. Returns In case of refund, the total amount of the sales price of the previously authorized returned item(s) will be issued within 30 days after we receive the returning item(s). In addition the maximum refundable amount per order is $600.00 and shipping charges are not refundable on any of the reasons mentioned above. Cancellation of Order Any delivery that is refused by the recipient which will include (Refused by recipient, Customer not available or business closed, Customer not home) or any other refusal will be subjected to all outbound and inbound freight charges without exception. All refusals will also be subjected to a 10% cancellation charge If customer has contacted us by email of cancellation of their order prior to us shipping no shipping charges will be incurred. In case of exchange, a credit amount ( if there is any) for the total amount of the sales price of the previously authorized returned item(s) will be issued within 5 days after we receive the returning item(s). We will only authorize one item to be returned when it is a multiple quantity of the same item. No refunds on all wholesale orders. All wholesale orders are for exchanges only
