The products are imported from France, Italy, Japan and China. 2. Is the pictures posted on the Website the real items that customer will receive? Yes. We took the pictures ourselves of all the products before we listed it for sale on our website. 3. How often does new design/products becomes available? We usually add on new design/products to our inventory on a regular basis. It shall depends on the availability on the new products on the market. In most of the cases we have the new items extremely fast. 4. Do you ship International? Yes we ship anywhere worldwide.  5. Do you have a Wholesalers Program and DropShipping? Yes, please email us your requested quantities and we will work up special pricing program for you.  Also, we provide Dropshipping services to you, just pass your orders to us with peace of mind, and we will ship the items to your customers and our role seems transparent to your customers. 6. Do the items come with dust bag and boxes? Yes, we do provide dust bag for all handbags and Wallets and all watches come in a nice gift box or in a case. All clothing and apparel items will be packed as  original pakaging with correponsing brands logo on it.  We will pack the items in a good way to avoid any damage on shippment. 7. How long will it take for my order to be processed? Most of the orders are processed and shipped in a two days and it should never overpass four days. 8. What if I need to change my order? Please email us immediately so we can arrange to change it before it is shipped. If the product has been shipped out, we will arrange for an exchange with extraa handling charge. 9. What can I do if my order was not approved? There are a number of reasons for your order not to be approved.
